6. Continuous Processing: Conduct formal continuous processing, observe the equipment’s operation, and check if the processed pipes are smooth and consistent. Stop the machine and resolve any issues promptly.

7. Shut Down and Clean: After processing is complete, turn off the equipment, cut off the power, clean all parts of the equipment to remove dust and debris, and close the water and air sources.

1. Uneven or Inconsistent Pipe Dimensions

- Adjust the position of the feed wheel and guide plate to match the diameter and thickness of the pipe.

- Check the sharpness and clamping force of the working tools. Replace or tighten them if worn or loose.

2. Slow Processing Speed

- Check if the power supply and electrical circuits are normal and if there are any disconnections or short circuits. Repair or replace them if necessary.

- Switch to an automatic mode suitable for your processing needs and adjust the equipment’s speed parameters to achieve maximum efficiency.

3. Abnormal Noise or Conditions

- Immediately shut down the equipment and cut off the power. Check if any parts are damaged or loose and replace or tighten them if necessary.

- Clean the surface and interior of the equipment to remove dust and debris, preventing it from affecting the equipment’s cooling and operation.
