Then there is the pass wear, accompanied by the wear of the extrusion roll pass, the size of the pass gradually increases. When the hot rolled steel strip is used as the raw material for welding pipes and the width of the steel strip is negative deviation or slight pulling, the weld will have quality problems, either resulting in sand holes and no internal welding ribs, or resulting in slit pipes. Therefore, it is necessary to check the internal burr of the welded pipe frequently, increase the extrusion amount of the extrusion roll, or replace the new pass.


Finally, the cause of cracking of welded pipe equipment is bearing damage. In the welding process, although the bearing of the extrusion roll is slightly damaged, it will form weld quality problems such as trachoma tube and lap welded pipe. If the bearing is seriously damaged, the extrusion roll will lose the extrusion pressure on the weld of the tube blank. At this time accompanied by other quality accidents, at this time we can also observe the bearing damage of the extrusion roll, the swing amplitude will increase with the degree of bearing damage.
